From €85/night for 2 persons, the house accommodates up to 4 persons (extras apply). Additional baby up to 2 yo. sleeps for free in a cot. Standard rate from €105/night/couple.

Patio, lawn and shaded pergolas with outdoor furniture & hammock and lovely views of mountain and lush woodland. Centenary oaks and cork oaks are an imponent feature in our forest.
Dark skies and rich biodiversity
Enjoy the night watching the stars or listening to the sounds of nature: crickets, owls and frogs are a usual offer. Often fireflies will glow on warmer nights! Be amazed with the magpies, jays and the odd cuckoo!
Books & Board games or Yoga
Give TV a rest and try one of our classics or relax throwing dice, listening to your favourite tune. Or, book a private class on the shaded lawn with our certified Yoga instructor. Detox & welness in a single package!
Checkin & Checkout
To ensure a smooth check-in, we kindly ask you to schedule your arrival between 14pm and 6pm (or a prearranged time).
Cancellation Policy
100% refund, if you cancel within 14 days after you´ve booked, provided it is more than 2 weeks to your arrival.
50% refund (minus the service fee), if you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
No refund, if you cancel within 2 weeks prior to your arrival (depending on the season we may offer you a voucher for later use).
House Rules
“Quiet Hours” are from 10pm to 8am, please respect them to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Endeavouring for your most relaxing stay, keep noise to a minimum during these times, contributing to the halcyon and comfort of all. Outside these hours, you may still use the outdoor spaces available to guests as long as you respect the silence – enjoy the night sounds of nature: crickets, owls and frogs are a daily offer. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor areas, always prioritizing safety.
No parties allowed, except when agreed.

As we have pets, we cannot allow other animals to enter the property.
Conscious use of resources (Energy & Water): we kindly ask the hosts to contribute to sustainability by making rational use of water and the appliances. Our electricity is 100% green, mainly from photovoltaic production, backed up by the public grid. To be as eco friendly and autonomous as possible, we avoid consumption peaks and lengthy showers (a smart electric boiler will ensure plenty hot water for your comfort). If you have an impairement please let us know in advance.
